Of course standard pinch pleats are always available as well as butterfly pleats which have just two folds instead of three sewn together like regular pinch pleats. 

 

Pictured below are a couple other pleat options available.  The Goblet pleat is a formal look, that adds a softness to a decorating scheme.  Goblet pleats do not stack as do pinch pleats, and should be reserved for stationary treatments. 

  Inverted pleats (sometimes called reverse pleats), have a very sleek look to them.  They work very well in a modern decorating scheme.   Back to Draperies Home
